CenterTable @ SXSW: 2017 Preview

Hopefully we'll provide enough content to make it feel like you're in Austin.

The annual pilgrimage to Austin is upon us this week, and once again GroundFloor Media and CenterTable will be bringing you the sights and sounds of the South by Southwest Interactive (SXSWi) conference! Beginning Thursday, March 9 and continuing through Tuesday, March 14 Carissa McCabe and I will be hitting up as many sessions, brand activations, concerts, product releases, networking events and Bar-b-ques as possible, and reporting back here on the GFM/CenterTable blog as well as a variety of social platforms.

We say it every year, but the reason we invest the time and effort into attending SXSWi is the amazing programming, which is unlike any other conference experience we’ve sampled. Big names, even bigger announcements, inspiration, the latest in digital marketing, the most recognizable brands activating for the masses, startups, and workforce/culture development…all in one place for five quick days. From the State of Journalism and “real news” to how big brands are measuring success and the advent of driverless cars, it’s an experience that is a bit all over the board, but unlike any other.

You never know what you'll see, or who you'll run into at SXSW.

We’re looking forward to reporting back here on the blog each afternoon on our favorite sessions, and again each morning with the “intangibles” – our favorite things we saw, ate, drank, heard and experienced. We’re also going to be working on a few special video reports throughout the conference – so keep your ear to the ground via the following:

We hope you check back frequently and maybe give us a follow – or make things easier and bookmark the GFM/CenterTable blog – we’re certain it’ll be another fun ride down in Austin at SXSWi!
