One of the first moves GFM’s Rapid Response team makes when a crisis hits is to develop third-party alliances to neutralize negative chatter. The team seeks to find allies among customers, employees, vendors, category experts, business leaders and other parties, then enlists them to offer their honest experiences to the public and to traditional and social media outlets.

These third-party resources can bring a valuable, credible perspective to balance an issue, which in turn can help preserve a company’s reputation in the face of negative press. We’ve successfully engaged with third party experts to help defuse crises involving clients in the health & wellness, education and food & beverage industries, to name a few.
