Bellco Theatre Sign Change Video
In November 2012, Bellco was preparing to assume sponsorship of the previously named Wells Fargo Theatre in the Colorado Convention Center. This popular venue brings concerts, lectures and family spectaculars to the area, providing positive economic growth for the City. Committed to supporting the communities it serves, Bellco enjoys being a supporter of the arts in Denver, making the Theatre sponsorship a good fit for the organization. In addition to investing in the arts and entertainment of the region, Bellco’s goals with the sponsorship included increasing its visibility in the community, while working to educate theatre-goers about the credit union.
Bellco wanted a dynamic solution to document its new sponsorship that would be more engaging than a traditional announcement or press release.
GFM brainstormed non-traditional ways of chronicling this transfer of sponsorship that Bellco could use on a variety of channels. Ultimately, GFM and Bellco decided upon producing a time-lapse video of the changing of the indoor and outdoor theatre signs to “Bellco Theatre.” GFM was able to record this transfer over multiple days with time-lapse photography; quickly edit the content in-house; add music, intros and outros; and provide the finished project to Bellco for promotional use on both social and owned channels.
