GroundFloor Media Adds Springsteen as Accounting Manager, Reilly Assumes Director of Business Operations Role

Addition of Accounting Manager and Shift in Operations Responsibilities are Response to Agency Growth

DENVER, May 10, 2012 – GroundFloor Media (GFM), a Denver-based agency focusing on strategic communications, social media, crisis communication and reputation management counseling and digital strategy, today announced the addition of Cindy Springsteen as accounting manager and the move of Kristina Reilly to director of business operations.

Springsteen brings nearly 20 years of accounting experience to GFM. Prior to joining the team, she worked as the CFO of Explore Communications. Springsteen is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Reilly joined GFM in 2005 as the operations manager. Since joining the team, she conducted the day-to-day financial management, client invoicing, HR and benefits management, and IT support. In her new role, Reilly focuses on client service, agency marketing and business development. With more than 17 years of experience in the public relations industry, Reilly previously worked for Metzger Associates in Boulder, Colo. where she created the company’s account services department and eventually oversaw agency operations. Reilly is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in American History and Women’s Studies.
