GroundFloor Media Named Top-Ranked Best Places to Work by Denver Business Journal for 7th Consecutive Year
Company earned second highest ranking among all 40 finalists
DENVER, Nov. 15, 2012 – GroundFloor Media (GFM), a Denver-based, integrated agency focusing on strategic communications, digital and social media strategy, and crisis communication and reputation management, today announced its recognition as a top-ranked company among the Denver Business Journal’s 2012 Best Places to Work. For the seventh consecutive year, the agency is a finalist in the small business category for local Denver companies with less than 50 employees. Winners are chosen based on employees’ responses to a confidential survey about the organization’s leadership, planning, benefits, culture, training and development, as well as overall employee satisfaction. GFM scored 99.63 out of a possible 100 percent, making it the second-highest ranking among all 40 finalists in four categories.

Since it was founded in 2001, GFM has regularly enhanced its multi-faceted benefits program with a primary focus on creating a unique company culture – in and out of the office.
