Integrated Social Media Campaign Earns Hospital Project of the Year Award for GroundFloor Media at Colorado Healthcare Communicators 2015 Awards Dinner
Agency wins four awards on behalf of two hospital clients
DENVER, Nov. 05, 2015 - GroundFloor Media (GFM), a Denver-based marketing communications agency, took home four awards from the Colorado Healthcare Communicators (CHC) 2015 Awards dinner, held Thursday, Oct. 29 in Denver. GFM received two awards for an integrated social media campaign on behalf of Saint Joseph Hospital, and two awards for work on behalf of Children’s Hospital Colorado (Children’s Colorado).
GFM earned one of three top awards of the night, the Hospital Project of the Year, for its integrated social media campaign titled “Building Awareness for a New Hospital” for work surrounding Saint Joseph Hospital’s move to a new location on 12-13-14. The campaign was also recognized with a Gold Leaf Award.
The social media campaign for Saint Joseph Hospital, which launched in early 2014 and continues today, included a competitive digital audit, development of a social media content strategy, creation of an ongoing editorial calendar of content, a visibility campaign, and the consolidation of existing social media sites.
GFM received a second Gold Leaf Award in the national media relations category for its submission, “Medical Discovery Puts Children’s Hospital Colorado in the National Spotlight,” and a Silver Leaf Award went to GFM for another integrated social media campaign submission, “Children’s Hospital Colorado Hosts #BullyProofSummit.”
