Our ideal team member will play a key role in keeping our largest and most complex client teams on track, on time and on budget. Top candidates will likely succeed in this position with the following attributes: 

  • Successfully assists with planning and scoping of campaigns, working directly with account team leads and client contacts 
  • Leverages available tools such as ClickUp and/or Parallax to schedule projects and allocate resources  
  • Defines project milestones, creates timelines, tracks progress and revises schedules as needed 
  • Coordinates closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless completion of campaigns 
  • Experience preparing and distributing regular status reports to advise team leads and team members of schedules and job status 
  • Adept at maintaining and developing strong internal and external relationships 
  • Proactively escalates high-priority jobs and provides effective scheduling direction for  at-risk projects 
  • Pays close attention to detail, monitoring program budgets and updates team leads and operations team on risk analysis (e.g. actual vs budget) 
  • Effectively establishes timelines for and handles all aspects of internal routing of project content and proofs for review 
  • Maintains relationships, obtains estimates from, and coordinates work with outside vendors  
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellence   
  • Demonstrates social media acumen and sound judgment in both their personal and professional lives   
  • Is an active member of professional associations and/or community organizations 

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5+ years project management or traffic coordination experience 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office software and familiar with project management software – prior experience with ClickUp and/or Parallax a plus 
  • Capable of working in a team environment managing multiple stakeholders 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines 

The final role for this position, Director or Senior Director, will be determined based on experience level of the strongest candidate. What the Director and Senior Director roles mean at GFM|CenterTable: 

  • Director:  
    • Average 5+ years of relevant experience 
    • Performs outstanding client work and is seen as a valuable resource in their area of expertise 
    • Collaborates closely with senior-level teammates for guidance and support, when needed 
    • Is a trusted advisor to teammates and clients who always goes above and beyond the status quo to produce, track and report excellent results 
  • Senior Director: 
    • Average 10+ years of relevant experience 
    • Performs outstanding client work and is a relied upon go-to in their area of expertise 
    • Is a trusted advisor to teammates and clients who always goes above and beyond the status quo to produce, track and report excellent results 
    • May lead a division, supported by a practice led (this is expertise-focused and does not include direct people management)
