Corned Beef Hash (without tags)
Oh, and for anyone who was confused about the topic of this blog post, here’s a nice little recipe for corned beef hash for you:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 ounces cooked corned beef, diced
- 1 finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 finely chopped white onion
- 2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and shredded (about 2 cups)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the oil on high heat. Add the corned beef and cook, stirring about 3 minutes. Stir in bell pepper, onion and potatoes and let it cook undisturbed for about 6 minutes until brown and crispy on the bottom. Continue cooking, turning the hash as it browns evenly, about 15 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, pair with a green beer and enjoy!
