Throughout 2018, GroundFloor Media has shown a spotlight on the many nonprofit partners that we have supported through the Get Grounded Foundation. Since the Get Grounded Foundation’s inception in 2015, GFM has helped benefit nonprofit organizations focused on Denver youth. The Get Grounded Spotlight Series was started to promote and celebrate the accomplishments of our nonprofit partners. We hope you’ve enjoyed following along as we have had to highlight some of the great nonprofits Denver has to offer.
For the final episode of 2018, we highlight PlatteForum, an organization that teams under-resourced youth with artists in a variety of intense, structured creative learning environments. The youth collaborate with artists-in-residence on projects of differentiating artforms, with the ultimate goal being to help young people reach their creative potential as they approach adulthood.
Creating these videos is just another way GFM aims to give back to the Denver metro area. Please keep an eye out for more videos in early 2019 as we look to continue to highlight our nonprofit partners.
