GroundFloor Media & CenterTable's Get Grounded Foundation

GroundFloor Media (GFM) and its sister agency, CenterTable, recently announced a call for grant applications by Denver-area nonprofits serving at-risk youth. Created in 2015 as the primary charitable giving arm of GFM and CenterTable, the Get Grounded Foundationprovides one-year grants for new, entrepreneurial programs to nonprofits that directly support at-risk or neglected youth between the ages of 3 and 15 in Denver. The grant recipients are selected for their efforts in getting a new, innovative program off the “ground floor” in the area of child abuse and neglect, youth behavioral health or childhood hunger relief. Past recipients include African Community Center of Denver, Autism Society of Colorado, Child Advocates-Denver CASA, Denver Urban Scholars, Farm for Kids, Havern School, Illuminate and PlatteForum to name a few.

To apply for grant funding, download and submit the Get Grounded Foundation grant application. The deadline for submitting grant applications is 5 p.m. MT on Monday, Aug. 5, 2019. A volunteer committee made up of individuals from GroundFloor Media, CenterTable and the Colorado foundation community will review all grant applications and determine recipients for 2019. Please direct all inquiries to foundation@groundfloormedia.com
