Challenge
Noble believes that focusing on programs for youth and education will directly impact the future workforce. The company wanted to find a partner that could help to leverage STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) education with 5th graders across Colorado, highlight future job opportunities and showcase new technologies and innovations in the industry.
Solution
Noble Energy partnered with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) to develop an innovative curriculum that supports STEAM education. Working hand-in-hand, DCPA Dramatic LearningTM teachers and Noble employees brought the subject of energy to life for students. Challenging students to get out of their seats and act as rocks, plants and animals allowed them to immerse themselves in the material and internalize the lesson. GroundFloor Media and the CenterTable team recognized this as a great opportunity to leverage storytelling by developing an article for the DCPA’s Applause Magazine, curating and sharing social media posts about the program, launching a digital advertising strategy, and creating a video of the program by cross partnership with another Noble partner, The Tennyson Center for Children.
