Children’s Farms of America is dedicated to helping communities establish urban farms for city kids.
Our top 3 needs are:
* funding support for our daily food pantry managed by our partner Struggle of Love Foundation — serving up to 900 residents each day who are in need of food for their families.
* excess fresh produce to be distributed through our network of food distribution sites.
* funding to pay youth to work in the Montbello Urban Farm and Farm-School network (currently 9 schools growing food to be distributed to low-income residents)
