Ramonna’s focus is on culture and innovation in the workplace. Her ability to navigate the unexpected has earned her an unparalleled reputation in the industry among clients and competitors alike. Since joining the firm in 2005, she’s been instrumental in expanding service lines and garnering awards that recognize the agency’s culture. Known for her presence under pressure, she has supported countless high-profile events and incidents, including hospitals dealing with drug diversions; the shootings at Columbine High; international sporting events like the Olympic Games and more.
Leading with passion and compassion
Originally from Indianapolis, she studied public relations at Butler University and spent a year at Murdoch University in Western Australia. Ramonna loves live music – from concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to the Austin City Limits Music Festival – and spends her weekends in a yoga studio, hiking, skiing, camping, gardening and sharing craft beer and wine with friends. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Ramonna is proud of the agency’s Get Grounded programs, which enable the agency and its team members to give back in meaningful ways.
