After nearly two decades of working remotely, GFM and CenterTable team members know that flexibility, creativity and vulnerability are the keys to success.
Founding Partner
Since joining the firm in 2005, Ramonna has been instrumental in expanding service lines and garnering awards that recognize the agency’s culture. Her focus is on strategy, messaging and multicultural marketing for our clients, as well as culture and innovation in the workplace. As such, she spends significant time growing partnerships and relationships through our Culturally Inclusive Collaborative and through PROI Worldwide, a network of independent marketing communications agencies. Her ability to navigate the unexpected has earned her an unparalleled reputation in the industry among clients and competitors alike. Known for her presence under pressure, she has supported countless high-profile situations including school shootings, a pandemic, international sporting events and bids like the Olympic Games and World Cup Soccer, and more.
Leading with passion and compassion
Originally from Indianapolis, Ramonna studied public relations at Butler University and Murdoch University in Western Australia. Ramonna loves live music—from concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Dillon Amphitheater to music festivals across the country—and spends her spare time hiking, skiing, camping, practicing yoga and sharing craft beer, wine and spirits with friends. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Ramonna is proud of the agency’s Get Grounded program, which enables the agency and its team members to give back in meaningful ways.
After nearly two decades of working remotely, GFM and CenterTable team members know that flexibility, creativity and vulnerability are the keys to success.
After 10 years, GFM employees are encouraged to take one month off to “undertake activities that promote individual rejuvenation and personal benefit.” It’s becoming clear why this remains one of our bedrock benefits.
Leaders are often told that we need to operate “out of our comfort zone” in order to achieve continued success. Many wonder if getting out of that comfort zone is worth the effort.
Working in sync with another person or team of people allows you to thrive – to truly do what you’re great at and be supported in areas that aren’t your strongest assets.
