IMA Financial Group consists of nine different business units, all of which had separate websites that lacked a consistent brand identity. GroundFloor Media was tasked with creating a new cohesive look and feel for IMA’s various business units, while also developing a new backend for the websites that enhanced the user experience.

Since 2016, Bellco Credit Union has proudly served as the presenting sponsor of the Denver Art Museum’s Free for Kids program, which provides free year-round admission to visitors aged 18 and under. Wanting to celebrate this impactful partnership—grounded in their commitment to supporting arts and culture—and mark the milestone of welcoming the program’s one-millionth young visitor, Bellco sought a creative and memorable approach.

When Crestone re-engaged GroundFloor Media in late 2021, the firm had a strong reputation and deeply established client relationships, but its digital presence had not yet been fully leveraged as a strategic growth driver. Key channels, including LinkedIn, paid search and digital advertising, represented untapped opportunities to more actively reflect the firm’s expertise and point of view.

“For more than two decades, the team at GFM was a trusted communications partner to our firm. From our early days as Crestone to our evolution and combination with Pathstone, they supported us through transitions, crafted our messaging, shaped our digital ecosystem and helped elevate our brand in a competitive industry. Their strategic insight and deep understanding of financial services made them an invaluable extension of our team.”

Director, Pathstone (formerly Crestone Capital)

“What I really appreciate is that they never come off as revenue-driven—they’re genuinely focused on serving their clients, and that feels like a core value for them. They’re natural leaders in every interaction, whether with my team or me. They’re true thought leaders who are nurturing, helpful and never pushy. They always take the time to understand before jumping in with solutions, and that’s just tremendous.”
